I recently had lap band surgery in June 08. So far, mine has went well and I'm loosing steady. Not fast. But at a slower pace. 35 LBS and counting! Plus size 18/20 jeans/pants and 22/24 top.
Eighteen months before surgery I was 317 LBS. The day of surgery I was 293 lbs. As of now (mar 09) I'm 258 LBS
